Hand operated drum pump of PVDF/ PTFE

Typ JP-08

1. Materials材質(zhì)

This hand operated  pump is made of PVDF/ PTFE. 

 手動泵材料為PVDF/PTFE

The seals are made of PTFE.

           密封材料為PTFE

Therefore this pump is suitable for high aggressive chemicals.

此泵尤其適用于極強腐蝕性化學物質(zhì)。（典型強酸如98%濃硫酸）

2. Installation of the telescopic suction tube可伸縮吸管的安裝

The JP-08 hand pump consists of several pieces that have to be assem-bled: pump body, suction tube, drum adapter, discharge arc, etc.

The suction tube consists of 3 pieces, each with a length of 35 cm. 

Firmly screw the telescopic suction tube in thread of the lower part of the pump body and assemble the drum adapter at the suction tube.

After that connect the discharge arc at pump body.

This outlet can be freely rotated from 0 to 360°C.

After lubrication and assembling the pump is ready for operation.

JP-08手動泵由以下幾部分組成：泵體、吸管、桶適配器、放電裝置等。吸管由3部分組成，每部分長度35cm。將可伸縮吸管一頭和泵體下部牢固地螺紋連接，并在吸管上套上桶適配器。然后連接放電裝置（應(yīng)該是防靜電作用）。

出口可以360度自由旋轉(zhuǎn)。

在完成必要的潤滑和泵體組裝后就可以開始操作。

3. Operation操作

The hand rotating pump will bring a flow rate of 0,3 l/ rotation.

手動旋轉(zhuǎn)泵一周，一次流量是0.3L 

4. Lubrication (!)注意：必要的潤滑

Spray into pump body a PTFE type lubricant spray. Reiterate this lubrication depending of use of pump. Hand pump should be rinsed thoroughly after each use with a suitable solvent for the material being pumped.

向泵體噴一些適用于PTFE的潤滑劑。重復(fù)添加潤滑劑要根據(jù)適用情況進行。通常該手動泵需要在每次適用后，跟所泵送的物質(zhì)用適合的清洗劑完全的清洗一次

Be careful when pumping acids and caustic solutions!

Comply to all safety instructions and wear necessary protective clothing (protective, glasses, gloves, apron and possibly boots).

Never use this hand operated pump for flammable liquids and sol-vents or media of hazard class AI, AII.

請注意在泵送強酸和強堿，需要按照安全操作規(guī)程，并穿戴防護裝備（如防護服，眼鏡，手套，圍裙和靴子等）不要使用該手動泵泵送易燃溶劑和AI,AII危險等級的物質(zhì)
